Megan is always striving to improve the ways in which Kind Hearts Preschool removes barriers to learning and helping the children to realise they are capable to do whatever they set their mind to, whether that is putting their coat on by themselves or cutting up their own apple. Sam has worked with the company for 4 Years. Leanne has worked with us since our opening in 2016. Previous to that she had worked in preschool settings for 8 years. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Leanne made her way through the ranks and now leads the team at Bishops Hall. Leanne is passionate about making the environment as welcoming as possible and is always searching for new interesting items to add. Leanne loves creating learning opportunities for the children and is always ready to join their imaginative play whether thats a trip to the hair salon or going on a bear hunt! Lisa joined our team in 2021 after raising her beautiful children. She has gained her qualification with us and whilst doing so, shown her commitment to the children that attend our setting. Lisa was a natural educator and leader which saw her quickly promoted to Deputy Manager and Safeguarding lead. Lisa is attentive to all the children's needs and loves to help them reach their next steps and thinking of ways she can help them achieve their goals. Lisa has recently attended an Early Literacy Skills course and is passionate about sharing what she has learnt with her colleagues and our families. Toni has lots of experience in the Early Education industry and joined our team after taking some time off to have a family of her own. Elisha joined our team after working in a Nursery setting for a number of years. Elisha loves finding ways to extend children's play and capitalising on learning opportunities that arise from this. She recognises how important it is to use a child's interest to get the most out of them and help them reach their goals and next steps. Debbie is an integral part of the Kind Hearts Team. She is our chief paper aeroplane maker but more importantly than that, Debbie takes pride in celebrating all of the children's triumphs. She is the first person they will run to when they acheive something new! Debbie often draws on her experience as a mum to 3 wonderful boys to help the children in our care. She uses techniques she has learned through parenthood and through working with us to meet every child's needs in a develepmentally appropriate way. She always takes the time to talk through situations with children and help them maximise their learning opportunities. Nicola joined our team after working in another nursery setting. She is passionate about early communication skills and often brings in activities tailored to the children's needs to help with their early language development. She also shows a real enthusiasm for working with children with additional needs and is always looking for ways to help support their learning and development. Emily is one of our newest team members. She took some time off from Early Education to have her children but was itching to get back as soon as they were old enough. She has taken to her role like a duck to water and in the short time she has been with us, she has built excellent relationships with all the children and her colleagues and has already started to implement various techniques to help her key children reach their full potential and really integrate in to the preschool community. Laura joined our team in January 2020, she joined us to help with our snack time but was such a natural with the children we offered her more hours as soon as we could! Laura is set to complete her course any time now although she already shows the experience and knowledge of someone who is qualified. Laura sees all of our children as capable learners and is there to support them if they need it but loves to encourage them to be independant. Holly joined the team in 2021 as an apprentice and has since proved herself as an invaluable team member. She creates and maintains effective relationships with all the children in our care and has an excellent knowledge of all of their needs and interests. She is always looking for ways to improve her interactions and isnt afraid to ask for ideas from her colleagues to help the children learn and acheive. Holly is very calm and patient, which is vital when helping children navigate emotions and new social situations whilst at preschool. Kalpana joined our team in 2022 and is keen to start her Level 3 Early education course. Since joining the team, Kalpana has shown enthusiasm for learning all she can about child development and how she can support children in our care. Jenny joined our team in 2021 and after showing her potential as an early years educator, began her course which she will complete very soon. Jenny is our creative genius and loves helping the children create masterpieces in our craft and junk modelling area, she also makes lots of beautiful resources for our classroom. Vikki joined our team and hit the ground running with her wealth of experience in the Early Education sector. She brings tonnes of energy to the setting and is the master at engaging the children in large group activities... When Vikki starts to play, all the children want to take part! She often brings in self made activities to offer a wealth of learning opportunities for our children! Vikki uses her knowledge and experience to not only support and teach the children, but her colleagues too! She is always coming up with helpful tools to help them monitor children's progress. Lucy joined our team after her daughter started school and she wanted a role in which she felt she could make a positive difference in children's lives.
